Easter at Highrock
9:30am Sunday Service

Sunday service at Highrock is a place to rejoice, revive, and rest. It's a place for community where we worship, serve, eat, and laugh together. A place where messy and broken people come to encounter a loving God who desires to heal and transform. A place where we find strength in following Christ alongside one another.

Please come as you are! You don’t have to dress, act, or believe a certain way. We worship God through songs, stories, art, and sermons. We value relevance while adhering to centuries-old Christian traditions, so expect to experience both ancient and contemporary elements in the worship service.

The worship service is typically around one hour long and is immediately followed by SoulFood - a chance for us to get to know each other better over food and refreshments.

Soulfood at Highrock
Our Worship Continues with Food and Refreshments

Every Sunday, we roll out the tables after the service to eat together as a community. It's a great time to meet new people and engage familiar friends. All are welcome to come and eat!

Easter at Highrock
Families & Children

At Highrock Haverhill, children's ministry is one of the most important things we do. Our Sunday children's program is called "Kidsrock", and our hope is that your child will feel free and safe to engage God personally, God's people, and God's purposes. Our hope is that our children would feel connected to the whole life of the church, because each child is a part of our family as much as each adult. For more information about our programs, reach out to one of our Kidsrock Directors. For kids in 1st grade and under, email Kristi-Lynn Craig at For kids in 2nd grade and up, email Katy Reigart at

Kidsrock Classes

Kidsrock is offered for children from birth - 5th grade. With a nursery and classes for kids age 3 through 1st grade and 2nd through 5th grade, age-appropriate programming includes a Bible lesson, crafts, games, regular times of praise and worship, and lots of encouragement along the way. Kidsrock is available during the sermon, and parent paging is available for your peace of mind. Outside of the sermon, our Kidsrock kids are active participants in our worship service, as we desire to involve children in the whole life of the church.

Check It Out!

Interested in checking out Kidsrock? A greeter can connect you with a Kidsrock leader who can give you a tour of the space and answer any questions.

Downtown Haverhill
Getting Here

First Baptist Church, Haverhill

217 Main Street, Haverhill, MA 01830

We are one of several groups that use this shared facility, so please use the back door entrance. Look for the Highrock flag!

From Interstate 495, take Exit 51A for MA Rte 125 (Main St.) south toward downtown Haverhill. Continue south on Main St. for 1.6 miles. First Baptist Church will be on your left just past CVS Pharmacy.

Because we share the space with other communities, please park in the front of the Christian Education Building or in the back near the Highrock flag. We have ample parking there!

You can take the Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Bus #13 - the closest stop to First Baptist Church is the Monument Square bus stop! When you get off the bus, walk down Main St. (walking towards the water) and the First Baptist Church will be on your left.

Commuter Rail

We are a 1 mile walk from the Haverhill Commuter Rail station. When you get off the Rail, take Merrimack St. down to Main St. (the water will be on your right as you walk) and take a left. You'll see the First Baptist Church on your right as you enter downtown!

At Highrock we want to include everyone around God's table, including those with physical challenges. In both our strengths and our limitations, we each reflect essential elements of the Image of God. We hope that you will feel welcome here so that the Image of God we reflect as a church body might be more complete.

Our facility is ADA compliant and we will happily assist you in accessing our services. Please feel free to contact Kristi-Lynn Craig: if you have any questions.
